After School
Kirk Elementary After School Program
Kirk Elementary is proud to offer an After School Program for all students in Transitional Kindergarten through 6th grade. Our program is designed to support the whole child by providing a safe, structured, and engaging environment after the regular school day ends.
Program Focus Areas
-
Homework Support: Students receive guided time to complete homework with staff available to provide assistance and encouragement.
-
Academics: Activities are aligned to support grade-level learning and reinforce skills taught during the school day.
-
Enrichment Opportunities: Students participate in hands-on projects, arts, music, and other creative activities that encourage exploration and discovery.
-
Physical Education: Daily structured play and physical activities promote teamwork, wellness, and healthy lifestyles.
Program Hours
-
The program begins immediately after the instructional school day and runs until 6:00 p.m. each day during the regular school year.
